TUNE IN TO THE THOMPSON TAKEOVER.

With my experience being a sideline reporter at my high school's football games, I not only reported with a in-person perspective on what's happening on the field, but I also enjoyed taking pictures of the athletes in their zone. I started THS Sports Media to not only for athletes, but the community. I design graphics, have athletes engage with their supporters, make reels with photos and videos I've taken to showcase the talent at my school. I started this account at the beginning of April 2021 with 26 followers and now my account has expanded. The THS Sports Media Instagram now has a over 1,000 followers. My love for sports and journalism has helped me understand the importance of showcasing athletes. My favorite part about having this account is that I have created something that I can call my own. It started off as a platform where I can share the photos I take, but has turned into a brand that I created. Being able to meet new people, being noticed on social media by my city's newspaper, and having the community support me and this account has been an amazing experience and opportunity.
